Go to the 'Reports' tab and click 'Retrieve'. Next, click on the small report icon next to your report. If you continue to have problems, download 'DART User Instructions' from the 'HELP' tab on the DART System.

The DART System has MS Excel downloads available on most modules. These downloads allow users to download specific fields (52-53 different fields). All fields are outerjoined to BASE student records. This enables users to download all students records (including Special Programs) to an .xls format for district querying.

As a logged in user, from the the Reports tab select New/Update or a Systems Analyst from the Contacts tab can provide assistance.

Adobe Reader is available as a free download at http://www.adobe.com . Please note: Some users may require District Technical Support when installing programs to their local workstations depending on user local server rights and school district policy.

If you are using Internet Explorer, please go to the top tool bar and click on 'TOOLS', 'INTERNET OPTIONS', 'DELETE COOKIES', 'DELETE FILES' (check all offline content) and click 'OK'. Close Internet Explorer and reopen the DART Website. Please Note: users may need technical support to give user rights to perform this action at some districts.
